17 g of protein and nearly 20 g of fibre in every 100 g bag. Both figures are high enough to meet the EU thresholds for “high in protein” and “high in fibre”. You notice it around two in the afternoon.

Nut-free, so it can sit out

None of the variants contain nuts, and Sea Salt has no known allergens at all. No need to survey the office for allergies before putting something out in a shared space.

No refrigeration, no waste

Room temperature and a long shelf life. It takes no space in the fridge, and nothing has to be thrown out because it sat over the weekend.

Does not make a mess
